week three

The last 2 weeks have been long and tough! Lots of school and hours of study which is the same as saying lots to eat to stay awake. But I didn't do too bad. I didn't gain any but at the same time i didn't loose any. So I guess it could have been worst. This week I'm going to start exercising so maybe better news next time!! How are you????

1 week later!!!

It's been one week since i last blogged so I was hoping for big news. Well my news isn't too bad. This week I've been pretty good. Sundays are my days off but since I'm only 21 i guess I can have a day off. Since last week I've lost 4 lbs!! If I keep this up than hopefully in a few weeks I will feel and began to look somewhat better!!

The New Year!

Every year it seems I start over on my diet. I loose a few pounds during the beginning of the year but before too long it seems to have found it's way right back. So I decided the best way for me would be to have dozens of people standing behind me keeping me accountable for what I eat. That is the reason for this blog site, I thought maybe this would also be helpful for all of you. I'm going to try to blog once a week about how I'm doing. I'm not going to say how much i weigh and I don't expect you to either. I'm simply going to say how I'm doing. After each blog if you are interested in joining the team you can comment on the past week has been for you. I have no idea if this will work but it is a try!!! Good luck!!
